It was Grandparent's Day at the elementary school today, and WOW what a crowd! Our wonderful grandparents were able to eat breakfast, play numerous board games, and enjoy the book fair with their grandchildren for several hours this morning. Thank you so much to all of the grandparents who attended! The students loved spending time with you, and we really appreciate the support raising Scholastic dollars for our Central Valley libraries!

Parents/Guardians, our Scholastic Book Fair will be at Central Valley Elementary all of next week. Please look for these flyers in backpacks and take-home folders as they should be coming home soon. Book Fair hours will be 7:30am-8:00am, and 3:30pm-4:00pm Monday-Friday. The Book Fair will also be open from 11:30am-6:30pm during our parent/teacher conferences on Tuesday, September 26th. Junior High Volleyball and Football, and Junior Varsity Volleyball will play in Elgin as originally scheduled. JH Volleyball @ 4:30 w/ JV to follow. Volleyball games will be played at Elgin Pope John.

Junior Varsity Football will play at 6:00 pm vs Clarkson-Leigh. Game will be played in Leigh.
The Homecoming Pep Rally will be at 1:30 pm tomorrow in front of the Wolbach Community Center followed by the Parade at 2:00 pm.
The Wolbach Fire & Rescue will a Steak Feed Friday at the Community Center. They will be serving from 4:00pm-7:00pm or while supplies last.

CV FFA Annual Mum Sale
The mums will be available for sale on Tuesday, Sept. 12th beginning at 12:30pm while supplies last.
The CCV Diamonds competed with pride and resiliency today at the West Point Tournament. After a 10-0 victory against Arlington and 2 more wins against Milford 4-3 and GACC 6-4 the girls are bringing home the CHAMPIONSHIP trophy!
