The Central Valley Football Team will be leaving for Lincoln on Sunday at 12:00 pm. All are welcome to line Main Street and give the boys a Championship Game sendoff!! It was great to see all of our families at CVE today for our Thanksgiving Feast! Thank you SO MUCH to the State Bank of Scotia and the Central Valley PTO for sponsoring the meal for all students and adults. And a very special thank you to the kitchen staff for preparing so much delicious food, to the front office staff for organizing totals and coverage plans, to the custodial staff for setting everything up in the gym and cafeteria, and to the bank employees for volunteering their time to help serve. We truly live in a community for which we have so much to be thankful for!
Great work CVE's November Cougar Community Recognition winners! Our Star Student winners did an awesome job of working on RESPONSIBILITY all month long. Special thank you to Mrs. Jacki Bauld, Mr. Jordan Beck, and Ms. Hannah Smyth for their commitment and dedication to making Cougar Nation the very best. And congrats to Mrs. Linke's 6th grade class for being our November Golden Spoon Award winner. The Cougar Unified Bowling Team recently competed at the Malcolm Invite in Lincoln and the Grand Island Senior High Invite today. The team of Katie Middendorf, Brooklyn Perrott, Ethan Lobner and Mattie Schumacher were Champions of the Purple Bracket today!! Congratulations Cougars!! #rollcougs
There will be a Football Pep Rally in the Central Valley High School Gym at 3:15 pm tomorrow. Elementary students will be transported to the high school to attend the pep rally. Following the pep rally, shuttles will run back to Scotia and Wolbach and all normal van routes will take place. Everyone and anyone are invited to join us for the pep rally! Cougar Nation, let's pack the gym and give our boys a memorable State Championship send off!!

Yesterday, Central Valley Jr./Sr. High School conducted its monthly fire drill. This was done to test our regular system and procedures for continuous improvement.
